Subscribe Sunday: Bodyrock Exercising
Looking for ways to get into shape without all too much equipments or going to the gym? Try out BodyRock.TV with Zuzana and Fredrick. I found their video while looking for different exercise routines on youtube. Their videos are both fun and challenging.
I have started using her techniques at home on June 1 and have currently lost 8.6 lbs! BodyRock.TV does not only have videos but photos of each exercise routine which helps a whole lot. The ONLY downside to her videos is her accent, while beautiful, takes some getting used to. Subscribe to her Youtube channel and/or her blog, BodyRock.TV for a great at home workout.

Equipment used:
Exercise Mat
Interval Timer (comes in hot pink, black, silver)
Sandbag
Alternative exercise equipments
If you cannot purchase or afford a dip station just yet, using two sturdy chairs and a broom (or mop) stick can also be useful. I tied the broom stick to one end of the chair so that the stick does not accidentally roll the other way while I am exercising. For the sandbag, instead of purchasing one, I use a duffel bag filled with books. It is important to remember that the weight of the sandbag (or duffel bag) should be what is comfortable for YOU.

I’ve checked out her youtube videos and her website. I am subscribing today! BodyRock.TV is just what I was looking for. I need to lose weight after having twins last month.
