It should have been one of Taylor Swift’s biggest night. It was but not in a way she would have liked it. Miss Swift won a MTV VMA award for best female video for “You Belong With Me”.  This didn’t sit too well with Kanye West, who seem to be getting a little more crazier every year. To the surprise of everyone (including viewers like me) he ran up on stage and stole the spotlight from Taylor Swift and proclaim that “Beyonce had one of the best videos of all times”.

According to some people, Beyonce should have won the best female video. However, that did not give Kanye West the right to insult Taylor Swift in front of everyone especially on the night such as this one. Not only have he insulted Miss Swift but he ended up embarrassing Beyonce, also.

On the other hand, Beyonce, a true woman of grace and talents, understood how important this night was for Miss Swift. Having won lots of awards herself in the past, Beyonce allowed Taylor Swift to go back on stage to finish her speech.

Kanye West made an attempt to apologize on his blog to Taylor Swift but, in my opinion, it was a huge fail.
